　　Chiway is always concerning public welfare. Since 2002, Chiway invested totaling over 15 million yuan to set up funds for scholarship and stipend in order to subsidize over 200 poor students. 8 Hope primary schools and Guangcai primary school have been set up with the help of Chiway’s funding. Besides, Chiway takes an active part in Guangcai Program, Project Hope, supporting the army, helping the poor and other activities of charity:

　Relevant activities:

　　1、In 2002, Chiway donated 200,000 yuan to Hope primary school of Jiangsu Province and was awarded as “Contribution Prize of Project Hope” by Jiangsu Youth Development Fund and the Project Hope office of Jiangsu Province.

　　2、In 2003, Chiway invested 300,000 yuan to set up “Chiway Stipend Fund” for Suzhou Health College.

　　3、Since 2005, Chiway has been donating 1.3 million in total to Yunnan province to set up 3 new Hope primary schools and 2 Guangcai schools. Meanwhile, over 40 poor students were claimed by Chiway through “one-to-one” act.

　　4、In January of 2006, Chiway made a donation of 500,000 yuan to Shanghai Central European International Industrial & Commercial Institute Development Fund to support the expansion and further development of Central European International Industrial & Commercial Institute.

　　5、 In 2007, Chiway donated 10,000,000 yuan to Suzhou Charity Federation to set up scholarship and stipend among colleges and schools in Suzhou International Education Garden and Suzhou University and to promote the development of the charity career.

　　6、On 4th of February 2007, Chiway donated 200,000 yuan to Changning district sub-division in the large-scale charity activity “the beloved under the blue sky” held by Shanghai Charity Federation.

　　7、On 8th of December, 200,000 yuan was donated to “Yan Ran Angel Foundation” by Chiway.

　　8、In December of 2007, Chiway donated 1,000,000 yuan to Shanghai educational industry in the Guangcai activity held by Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce.

　　9、 In May of 2008 after the eruption of Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province, Chiway donated 1 ,000,000 yuan to the disaster area; at the same time, staff of the Group donated over 600,000 yuan.
