Requirements：
-below 45 with bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or Economics
-over 5 years working experience as Secretary of the Board in listed companies or large-scale companies
-be familiar with fields of legal, accounting and finance and listing process, experience in capital market financing and IPO is preferred
-excellent communication and written skills
-be familiar with real estate and education industry, qualification certificate of Secretary of the Board or lawyer is preferred

| Director of Engineering 1 |
Requirements：
-below 45 with bachelor degree or above, major in Civil Engineer, Engineering or relative
-over 8 years working experience in engineering management, quality management and plan management
-strong ability in site management, negotiation and coordination
-experience in bid and purchasing system and standardized construction or renowned real estate development companies is preferred
-high responsibility and good ethics |

| Planning and Design Manager 1 |
Requirements：
-bachelor degree in architecture or design, middle-level job titles
-over 5 years working experience in Planning and Design
-be familiar with planning code and be able to review safety and economic analysis of structure unit
-be familiar with process and keystone in Planning and Design
-strong ability in overall planning, management and PR
-good communication and coordination skills
-team work spirit |

| Construction Audit Manager 1 |
Requirements：
-bachelor degree or above
-over 5 years working experience in internal audit of large-scale companies or accounting firms
-over 3 years management experience in real estate companies
-be familiar with engineering management system of real estate companies and its operating process
- CPA or CIA |

| Audit Supervisor 1 |
Requirements：
-bachelor degree or above in relative majors
-5 years working experience, experience in Police, Procuratorate and Court or supervision is preferred
-be familiar with internal supervising management of companies and be able to use various methods of discipline inspection and supervision
-be familiar with engineering management system and operating process of real estate and construction companies
-be familiar with methods and channels in control and supervision of engineering cost
-be familiar with operating process of sale system and study methods in sale expense |
